Located on the 1700 block of Central Ave in Wenatchee, the Stoney Court Condos have evolved over the years, with a new build in 2015 by Roberts Construction adding 10 additional duplex units to the existing condo buildings for a total of 30+ condo units. The initial three constructions built in 2008 in the Stoney Court Condos are multi-level apartment-style complexes featuring private garages and patios. Each unit is a single level design. Are there any pet restrictions at the Stoney Court Condos in Wenatchee?

Dogs and cats are allowed at the Stoney Court Condos but are subject to some restrictions. Each unit is limited to two pets, and pets cannot weigh more than 45 pounds. Any pet in a common area must be restrained by a leash. The Board reserves the right to request the removal of any animal that disturbs the residents of the Stoney Court condominium complex.

How close are the Stoney Court Condos to local recreational areas and amenities?

The Stoney Court Condos are located in Wenatchee just two miles from downtown Wenatchee on the west side of the Columbia river. The condos are within an easy commute of many local recreational areas, including Rotary Park. The Valley North Shopping Center is also within a few blocks of this condo complex. The complex is also just a few miles from the Central Washington Hospital. The Stoney Court Condos are less than 2.5 miles from the Wenatchee Racquet and Athletic Club and the Jacobson Preserve trailhead. The Stoney Court condos are also within a 15 to 20-minute drive of multiple, additional outdoor trails, including the Horan Natural Area and riverfront wetlands. Local public schools are Lewis and Clark Elementary, Foothills Middle, and Wenatchee High.

 Excellent marketing of our home, beautiful online tour, stunning brochure. The home had multiple offers within a day, and we had a contract within two. Maybe we could have gotten a bit more for the house, but we were very satisfied with the experience. Fast forward a year. We decide to buy a condo, and of course, contact Allyson. This was not an easy or straightforward process, at all. We found a complex we loved, and put in an offer. The complex was not yet approved for Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac financing, so we had to go through the process...which took six months. The seller of the unit we wanted didn't want to wait, and sold it to someone else. So we put in an offer on a different unit, and waited. There were some paperwork snafus, but in the end, we negotiated a pretty good deal on the unit and finally closed. Through it all, Allyson was on top of things. She always responded very quickly to communications, and kept us posted on where we were in the process. Allyson helped us find a condo that met our needs and desires. She listened and understood what we said. She showed us a number of attractive units that came close to meeting our expectations and kept us informed regarding new listings. Eventually she showed us the unit that is now our home. During the rather complex process of negotiation, inspection and more negotation, selection of a loan officer, etc. she offered sound reliable advice. After the condo sale was completed and we had moved in we listed our house with Allyson.
