The Country Club Crescent condo homeowners association does not allow residents to post signs without written permission from the homeowners association board. External items such as antennas, satellite dishes, clotheslines and air conditioner units are not allowed to be attached to a home or extended from the windowsill of a unit.

Campers, RVs, boats, large trailers, snowmobiles, and trucks larger than three-quarters of a ton are not allowed to be kept in open parking spaces at Country Club Crescent but can be kept inside the covered garage.

 Excellent marketing of our home, beautiful online tour, stunning brochure. The home had multiple offers within a day, and we had a contract within two. Maybe we could have gotten a bit more for the house, but we were very satisfied with the experience. Fast forward a year. We decide to buy a condo, and of course, contact Allyson. This was not an easy or straightforward process, at all. We found a complex we loved, and put in an offer. The complex was not yet approved for Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac financing, so we had to go through the process...which took six months. The seller of the unit we wanted didn't want to wait, and sold it to someone else. So we put in an offer on a different unit, and waited. There were some paperwork snafus, but in the end, we negotiated a pretty good deal on the unit and finally closed. Through it all, Allyson was on top of things. She always responded very quickly to communications, and kept us posted on where we were in the process. I highly recommend this agent, and if we sell or purchase in the area again, we will certainly use her.

Allyson helped us find a condo that met our needs and desires. She listened and understood what we said. She showed us a number of attractive units that came close to meeting our expectations and kept us informed regarding new listings. Eventually she showed us the unit that is now our home. During the rather complex process of negotiation, inspection and more negotation, selection of a loan officer, etc. she offered sound reliable advice. After the condo sale was completed and we had moved in we listed our house with Allyson.
